Pokerface is a party game played on one iPhone. This page explains what the app stores, and why none of it leaves your phone.
The data controller is Pokerface by Stian Gaare Vaagan. Send questions to kontakt@runpace.no.
In short
- Pokerface collects no data about you and sends nothing to us.
- The app has no account, no server, no ads, no tracking and no analytics.
- What you enter in the app stays on your phone.
What is stored on your phone
So your setup is there the next time you play, the app keeps the following in its own folder on the phone:
- The players' names and each player's color.
- The setup: selected categories, number of bluffers, hint, whether the bluffer can start, time limit, haptics and sound.
- Which words have been used, so the same words don't come back too soon.
- Your own word lists with words and hints, if you have made any.
- Whether the app has been opened before and whether a round has been played, so it knows when to show the Pokerface Pro page.
This data is not sent anywhere. It is included in your phone's own backup, like other app data, and is deleted when you delete the app.
Buying Pokerface Pro
The purchase is handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your name, email address or payment details. The app only asks the App Store whether Pro has been bought on this Apple Account or in your family. See Apple's privacy policy.
Permissions
Pokerface does not ask for access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, location or notifications.
Children
Pokerface is made for the whole family. Since the app collects nothing, it collects nothing about children either.
Your rights
We hold no data about you, so there is nothing for us to show you or delete. You can change or delete what you have entered in the app itself, or by deleting the app. If you have questions, write to kontakt@runpace.no. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
